This can be in the form of an installation process, material usage, fixture suggestions or customer service, amongst others.  I have fortunately been graced with working with a subcontractor over the last few years that has expanded my vision on what exceptional customer service is and means. 

At Majestic Flooring and Design, Chris Woods’ theory on customer service is simple; on custom builds he provides a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship and installation of his products, which ultimately leads to exceeding the builder’s and customer’s expectations.  Yes, a lifetime warranty!  This of course is after exceptional service and installation before and during the custom build.  Imagine the number of referrals Chris receives when he goes back, if needed, and fixes a claim 5 years after initial installation!

Chris’s reasoning behind the lifetime warranty is that he feels that the new home buyer should feel secure in their protection of their new investment. Chris points out, that the performance of his products are only as good as the installation, making the craftsmanship the most important part of the process. By offering a lifetime warranty, at no additional cost, he believes the customer will be confident in their purchase knowing their satisfaction is truly guaranteed. This type of assurance can only be offered due to the quality of products and installers Chris provides throughout the home.
