Yes, you heard right! For a limited time Flynner Homes will build any of our model homes or a custom home any where in the Boise Valley and certify them "green" under the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Green Building Program at NO additional cost.  Also, all of our NAHB certified green homes come with an ENERGY STAR certification!

At a minimum your home will be certified Bronze, and possibly Silver, under the NAHB green program in addition to an ENERGY STAR certification.  So, that’s two nationally recognized certifications at no additional cost to you!  Just think of the benefits of having your home certified green; lower monthly utility bills, increased comfort and higher resale value, to name a few.

This program is based on Flynner Homes’ standard pricing and standard construction specifications.  For those of you who are not familiar with what standard means for a Flynner Home you are in for a treat.  There is nothing standard about a Flynner Home, from the historical architecture details, hand-crafted wood work, sustainable materials, timeless finishes, advanced energy saving construction techniques, and competitive pricing, our homes will blow-you-away!
